Check the provider row on your Dashboard — it shows live sync status and will tell you if anything needs your attention. Most first-sync delays resolve on their own within a few minutes. If it still looks wrong after that, send us a message below and we'll investigate — you usually don't need to disconnect or reconnect.
How do I connect Garmin, COROS, or another app?
Go to Dashboard and click Connect on the provider row for Garmin, COROS, Strava, TrainingPeaks, Oura, or another supported app. Chirona uses the provider's secure connection flow and does not give your AI assistant provider passwords or raw access tokens.
Can I connect multiple apps?
Yes. Connect Garmin, COROS, Strava, TrainingPeaks, Oura, and more from your Dashboard. Your AI assistant will have access to the connected-app data you choose to share.

What is an MCP server?
An MCP server is a secure bridge between AI assistants and tools. In Chirona, those tools connect Claude or ChatGPT to the private wearable data you choose to share — workouts, recovery, sleep, and body metrics from Garmin, COROS, Strava, TrainingPeaks, Oura, and more — without giving the assistant your provider passwords or raw access tokens.

How do I change my password?
Go to Account Settings → Change Password. You'll need your current password to set a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Access and provider connections are revoked immediately, and your data is permanently erased after a 30-day grace window, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How much does Chirona cost?
Chirona Pro is £9.99/month or £90/year. Both plans include Claude and ChatGPT access, unlimited app connections, and full training history. You can cancel anytime in Stripe from your billing page.
